Contact Details

An email address, or a WhatsApp or SMS number where used to verify eligibility for the free tier, collected when you:

• Create an account or claim a free eSIM
• Purchase a data plan
• Subscribe to a newsletter
• Contact support

Purpose: To manage accounts, verify eligibility for the free tier, deliver eSIM profiles, provide confirmations, and enable customer support.

Where you elect to earn data by completing a task, we process the following:

• Your response: The response submitted, together with the time taken and, where applicable, the order in which options were presented. This information is used to verify that submissions are genuine.
• An app-scoped identifier: A pseudonymous identifier used to credit data to the correct eSIM and to prevent abuse. It is not your name, contact details, or a device advertising identifier.

How responses are shared: Task responses are aggregated with those of other users before being provided to the organisations commissioning them. Individual responses are not disclosed in a form that identifies you, and responses are not linked to your contact details or to your browsing activity.

Your choice: Tasks are entirely optional. Data may instead be acquired by purchasing a plan, in which case no task response is processed.

The collected information is used exclusively for defined purposes:

• Delivery of eSIM credentials, purchase confirmations, and receipts
• Crediting data earned through completed tasks
• Detection and prevention of fraudulent or automated completion
• Provision of technical and customer support
• Transmission of essential service updates and security notices
• Optional distribution of marketing materials (subject to consent)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Personal information is not sold, rented, or traded. It may be shared only under the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: For functions such as payment processing and email delivery
• Commissioning Organisations: In aggregated, anonymized form only, and never in a form that identifies an individual respondent
• Legal Requirements: Where mandated by law, regulation, or legal proceeding
• Business Transactions: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or reorganization
• Security: To protect the rights, property, and safety of Routed Labs and its users

Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined herein:

• Active accounts: Data is retained while the account remains active and up to two years following last interaction.
• Guest purchases: Retained for up to one year to ensure customer support and fulfillment.
• Task responses: Retained in identifiable form for up to 90 days for fraud review, after which they are retained only in aggregated, anonymized form.
• Upon account deletion: All personal information is permanently erased from active systems.
