Refund Policy
When purchases can be refunded, and how to request one
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Overview
Airvoy sells prepaid mobile data plans that are delivered to your eSIM immediately after payment. Because delivery is instant, this policy sets out clearly when a purchase can still be refunded.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for Routed Labs, Inc. Paddle appears on your card statement, issues your receipt, and processes any approved refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country — where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
When you can get a refund
We refund in full, to the original payment method, in the following cases:
- Unused plans within 14 days. If you bought a plan and have not yet used any of the data, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will approve it.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases. If you were charged twice for the same plan, or bought the wrong destination and have not used the data, we refund the unintended purchase.
- The eSIM does not work. If your device is eligible, you followed the installation steps, and the eSIM still fails to connect, we refund the plan once we have confirmed the fault is on our side.
- Coverage not as described. If a plan is unusable in a destination we listed as supported, it is refundable regardless of the 14-day window.
When we cannot refund
Data is consumed the moment it is used, so some purchases cannot be returned:
- Plans where data has been used, in whole or in part — except where the service was faulty or not as described
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless local law provides a longer period
- Devices that are locked to a carrier or not eSIM-compatible, which are listed as a requirement before purchase
- Speeds or coverage limited by the local partner network rather than by Airvoy
- Data earned by completing tasks, which is free, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money
- Purchases where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or repeated buy-and-refund activity
Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers in some countries have an unconditional right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Where that period is longer or more generous than our own policy, it applies instead:
As with any digital product delivered immediately, this right does not apply once you have started using the data and have expressly consented to immediate delivery at checkout. An unused plan remains refundable within the period above.
How to request a refund
Contact us first — we can usually resolve a connection problem faster than a refund can be processed, and we can approve a refund directly if that is the better outcome.
- 1Email hector.diaz@airvoy.app with your order number, the destination, and a short description of the problem.
- 2If the issue is technical, we will try to resolve it with you first — most cases are a data roaming setting rather than a fault with the plan.
- 3If a refund is appropriate, we approve it and Paddle returns the money to your original payment method.
You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the "View receipt" link in your confirmation email, or by visiting paddle.net and selecting "Request refund".
Processing time: Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
Technical problems and defects
If the service does not work as described, contact us before requesting a refund elsewhere. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Your device model and operating system version
- The destination country and the city or area you are in
- What your status bar shows — for example "No Service" or "SOS only"
- Whether Data Roaming is enabled for the Airvoy line
- Your order number from the Paddle receipt
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback takes considerably longer to resolve than a refund and may result in your eSIM being suspended while the case is reviewed. Raising a dispute does not affect your lawful rights under card scheme or consumer protection rules.
