Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”) and Routed Labs, Inc. (“Routed Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding use of the Airvoy website, mobile application, and related eSIM services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Service.

The Service provides eSIM (embedded SIM) functionality enabling users to access cellular data networks internationally. Offerings include:

• Digital eSIM profiles for global connectivity
• Purchased data plans of varying durations and allowances
• Data allowances earned by completing tasks
• Digital delivery of activation and installation instructions
• Customer support for technical inquiries
• Account management tools for registered users

Users may obtain data allowances at no monetary cost by completing tasks within the app. The following terms apply:

• A task is a short evaluation exercise. Task formats vary by commissioning organisation and over time. No particular format, subject matter, or task type is guaranteed to be available.
• The number of tasks required to obtain a given data allowance varies by destination, reflecting the wholesale cost of mobile data in that market, and is displayed within the app before a user commences.
• No specific rate of return, completion time, or data yield per task is offered, promised, or guaranteed.
• Availability of tasks is not guaranteed in any destination or at any time. Purchased plans remain available in all supported destinations.
• The free tier is not offered in certain destinations where wholesale data costs are prohibitive.
• Data is credited only upon genuine completion. Automated, scripted, duplicated, or otherwise inauthentic submissions may be rejected without credit and may result in suspension of the account.
• Earned data is provided at the capped speed published on our pricing page, carries no cash value, cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for money, and is usable only on the Service.

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Possess or are authorized to use a compatible device
• Will comply with applicable laws and regulations

Users may obtain eSIMs either as registered account holders or as guests. Registration provides additional features, including account history and broader support.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for Routed Labs, Inc. Paddle appears on your statement and issues your receipt. By completing a purchase you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method you provide. Key terms include:

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, exclusive of taxes and fees
• Applicable taxes and fees are calculated and shown at checkout before payment
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
• Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension

Refund requests are considered subject to the following conditions:

• Eligible if requested within 14 days of purchase
• Ineligible once the purchased plan has been activated or used
• Technical issues will be reviewed case by case
• Device compatibility is the responsibility of the user
• Earned data has no monetary value and is not refundable or exchangeable

Refund requests must be submitted to hector.diaz@airvoy.app, with order details and reason provided.

Purchased plans are unthrottled for the allowance acquired. Data earned through tasks is delivered at the capped speed published on our pricing page. Access to any given website or application remains subject to the regulation of the destination country.

The Service is subject to limitations, including:

• Device must be eSIM-compatible and unlocked
• Coverage depends on local partner networks
• Speed and availability vary by location
• Earned data does not expire; purchased plans are valid for twelve (12) months from first use
• Earned data is delivered at a capped speed and is not suitable for high-bandwidth use
• Plans may not be transferred between devices
• An eSIM profile may only be installed once and cannot be reissued if deleted

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Unlawful activity or regulatory violations
• Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized network access or interference
• Automated, scripted, or otherwise inauthentic completion of tasks
• Operation of multiple accounts to circumvent earning or eligibility controls
• Resale or sharing of credentials without consent
• Excessive use impairing network performance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routed Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routed Labs and its affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or otherwise act in a manner detrimental to Routed Labs or its users. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware for resolution of disputes.

Routed Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion. Updates will be published on the website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
